Rhynchostylis gigantea ‘Cartoon’ (3″ pot)

This Rhynchostylis has a cartoony look to the flowers with cute pink spots. The inflorescence resembles a fox tail hence the common name. Mature plants can produce multiple inflorescences, and each inflorescence holds more than 30 flowers. The flowers can last for 2-3 months, blooming in winter around January. This variety has a really pleasant sweet fragrance! The plant enjoys a position in bright indirect light. It grows well in orchid bark and charcoal, and likes to be dried out in between watering.

Ships in a 3″ pot. Does not come with flowers, but is mature to bloom.
