This lovely Hoya australis clone has round and thin leaves that can get quite big. It makes a very attractive hanging basket plant and it does so quickly as it is a fast grower!
The large flower clusters are white with some red under the corona and are very fragrant especially at night. I just love the look of the H. australis flowers, so elegant and pretty!
This Hoya is an easy grower and is recommended to beginners as long as you don’t forget to water.
We grow our Hoyas outside in south Florida in filtered light and protect them well from cold temperatures. This clone has a thinner leaf, therefore more water is required. Do not keep it soaked, especially during cold months. Hoyas also like small pots and do not need to be repotted often.
All photos were taken of our mature mother plants in bloom, not of the young plants for sale.
