Description
I believe this is related to Hoya micrantha. It is easy to grow and has nice thick olive colored leaves.
It took about 3 years to bloom for me. It has mauve with red and yellow center reflexed flowers. The flowers have a sweet fragrance. My mother plant is a very frequent bloomer, sometimes covered with umbels. The flowers also last a long time.
Rarely offered.
Our hoyas are grown outside in south Florida and our information is based on growing in our conditions only. They grow in bright indirect light and are watered only when dry. Protect well from cold.
