Description

Native to Peru. This plant resembles a Calathea but is a beautiful Heliconia. Appealing for the beautiful striped zebra-like pattern on the soft leaves.
Red flowers in the spring on mature plants.
It grows around 3-4 feet and it can be grown in pots.
Shade and moist conditions.
Keep it from freezing.
