Description
This orchid enjoys moist environments. Root rot can still occur, so it is best to keep the medium evenly moist and allowing it to dry lightly in between watering. It prefers a position in bright indirect light, tolerating some shade. If the plant is given too much shade, then it may not bloom for the year. Keep the plant in temperatures above 58 degrees F, it can dip into that range for short periods of time, but damage can take place in that window. Protect from freezing temperatures especially.
