Ceiba speciosa – Silk Floss Tree – Kapok Tree – Silk Cotton Tree (Email for availability)

$1.00

This is a tropical, deciduous, flowering tree that develops an interesting trunk covered in large thorns. I’ve also seen some interesting plants kept small in containers that are considered to be Bonsai.
The flowers can be seen in colors from whites to dark pinks when mature or grafted. These trees produce a fluffy cotton like fruit pod when mature.

Ships in 4″ pot. Tall, ready for transplant. E-mail us with zip code if interested and we can check latest availability.
