With cute leaves that are bright green and crinkled on top and white and woolly underneath, this unique plant makes just as nice of a houseplant as its cousin, the African Violet. It can also grow outside in the shade in tropical climates. Super cute and unique!

Description

The base of this unique plant is an above-ground tuber, from which the shoots grow. Leaves are bright green and wrinkled, and the undersides of leaves are covered in white woolly hairs. Flowers are bright red-orange and tubular, and can appear at any time of year.

Water Requirements: Average, avoid overwatering especially when dormant
