This Prickly Pear is covered in white fuzz, hence the nickname ‘Snow’. It is admired as a rare house plant and will grow in the ground in warm climates.

Description

This cactus needs direct sun and the more, the better. If using as a house plant, place right next to a window. It is a fast grower and does not need much water. Let the soil dry out in between watering. It prefers very well-draining soil.
