Oncidium nanum (mounted)
$40.00
This miniature orchid is native to Venezuela, Brazil, the Guineas, Colombia, Ecuador, Bolivia and Peru. It is a hot to warm growing mule ear epiphyte, found growing on mostly citrus and avocado trees in nature. It looks quite stunning mounted, especially in the Fall and Winter when it is blooming. The flowers are long lasting. As the plant matures, inflorescences get more and more abundant with each blooming season, eventually putting on a very dense and beautiful display. The thick leathery leaves are speckled with purple and look very handsome on their own. It prefers a position in bright indirect sunlight and misted every few days. Allow the plant to dry completely in between watering.
Ships mounted. Does not come with flowers.
