Description

This beauty has shiny dark green leaves with prominent veins and they can reach a length of about 6″ long. I’m in love with the foliage.
It also bloomed for me after two years from a small plant. The buds are a neat lime green color and you can just tell the flowers are also going to be stunning once open. I have seen both lime green corolla and yellow corolla on the same plant and it happens normally with difference in temperatures in weather. This is good because it means that it blooms when warm and when chilly! The yellow flowers are gorgeous, but the green is awesome! The corona is white with pink edges. The flowers do have a fruity scent in the evening. This is a true “must have” Hoya. It is rarely offered for sale.

We grow our Hoyas outside in south FL and the information provided is based on growing in our climate and environment only. We keep them in shady or filtered light areas outdoors and they are well protected during cold nights. We water them when they are drying out.
