Description
We purchased this Hoya directly from Liddle’s Nursery in Australia. It has very appealing, large, thin, smooth, dark green, cordate leaves.
This Hoya bloomed just after 1 year from a cutting! It grew really fast and I had no issues with it. The fuzzy buttery yellow flowers with pink flush are very very cute. These flowers look similar to H. kenejiana and H. dischorensis, but they are larger and more outstanding! It has been a great bloomer for me once established. This Hoya is desirable because it has both attractive foliage and flowers. Uncommon rarely offered hoya.
We grow our Hoyas outside in south FL in filtered light and we protect well from cold temperatures. Hoyas with thin leaves require more water than the average succulent Hoya. Do not keep it soaked either, especially in the winter time.
