Description
We purchased this unique beauty from Liddle’s Nursery as a cutting.
This is an unidentified species from Nong Nooch in Thailand. It sure is one for the foliage lover! It seems to be in the H. finlaysonii and H. callistophylla group. The stiff leaves are light green with a beautiful dark green vein pattern. I would buy this one just because of the leaves (I did). The flowers are also stunning and seen often, but they are short lived. The lovely blooms are cream color with burgundy tips. A hoya that is not offered too often, but is a lovely one to add to the collection.
We grow our Hoyas outside in south FL in filtered light, they only get watered when it rains or when the soil drys and we protect well from cold temperatures.
