Hoya hybrid (Vietnam splash) (4″ pot) (check back in summer)

I purchased this from Epiphytica. The leaves are dark green and have some silver splash (not much splash in our climate). The underside of the leaves are velvety soft. The flowers are carnosa-like with a delicious scent. The flowers smell like bubble gum! Not really sure what it is but interesting and beautiful.

Ships in 4″ pot. Photo #2 ONLY, is an example on size plant for sale. Our plants are not splashy, but maybe you can bring it out with artificial lights.
Our plants are grown outside in FL; imperfections/blemishes are possible.

Description

I purchased this from Epiphytica with not much information. It appears as though Hoya carnosa is one of the parents. 
The leaves are really attractive and have some splash, although I cannot guarantee how much splash it will have or can develop.
It took 1.5 years to bloom for me and the flowers smell really good. The scent reminds me a little bit of Hoya subcalva.
