This Hoya seems to be related to Hoya kloppenburgii. The leaves are similar but these are shorter and wider. The unique flowers are yellow with yellow and red centers. The flowers have a mild sweet scent. This Hoya took 8 months to bloom for me from a baby plant. Rarely offered and unusual for your collection.
