Description
This is a species that you purchase because of the amazing, very attractive, large, round leaves! It appears to be trying to give Hoya latifolia ‘Dinner Plate’ a run for its money when it comes to size! The leaves are dark green with much lighter visible and prominent veins, making a very pretty pattern. This Hoya has been growing really nicely for me and I think any foliage lover would really enjoy it in their collection.
The flowers are your typical H. clandestina/H. macrophylla/H. polystachya type, but they are more pinkish and are a pretty bonus. This variety is rarely offered for sale.
We grow our Hoyas outside in south FL in filtered light, they only get watered when it rains or when the soil drys and they are well protected during cold temperatures because they are tropical.
