Description
This slow growing Florida Beauty is a part of the asparagaceae (asparagus) family, native to western tropical Africa and is easy to care for! They can tolerate low light levels. In fact if it’s living outside, then they like to be placed in a shady spot, otherwise a place with indirect light is perfect. If it gets enough light, fragrant flowers will be produced. Water when the soil has dried out, these plants have no tolerance for soggy roots. Well-draining soil is a must. Fine bark, wood chips, coarse sand, coco coir are all great choices. Keep them out of frigid temperatures, sudden coldness can damage the leaves.
