Description
Dendrobium nobile ‘Cooksonianum’ are found in broadleaf, evergreen, lowland forests. They grow elongated, stem-like pseudobulbs with oval to strap-shaped, semi-evergreen leaves. They bloom showy, honey fragrant, purple and white flowers that are produced from nodes along the stems mainly in spring. The dry conditions and cold temperatures will trigger many fragrant flowers in late winter/spring.
