Hoya ‘Tequila Sunrise’ MB-1280-H (4″ pot)
Great leaves with some flecks and some venation. Flowers are gorgeous as well and have delicious mild citrus scent. Rarely offered.
Ships in 4″ pot. Photo #2 ONLY, is an example on size plant for sale.
Our plants are grown outside in FL; imperfections/blemishes are typical for this one in my climate.
Description
I received this from Epiphytica with the number EPC-1021. It is however a hybrid by Mike Bernado.
It is said that it is a sister to H. ‘Surisa’. The parents are H. nicholsoniae and H. ‘Golden Eye’.
The leaves are gorgeous and have prominent veins. Some have less veins and look like a completely different plant. It is a unique looking plant that’s for sure.
Flowers are so pretty. Glossy/waxy with mild citrus scent.
Rarely offered.
We grow our Hoyas outside in south Florida. They receive bright filtered light, water when dry, and cold protection.
