Shipping Lead Time

SHIPPING DAYS
-We ask that you allow us up to two weeks for your plants to be shipped. Although, often times, items ship much faster than this if weather permits.

-We cannot hold orders for more than two weeks; please only order when you and your weather are ready to receive the plants or your order may be canceled.

-If you need to receive an order by a certain day, please let us know immediately so that we can plan an appropriate shipping day.

-We are shipping USPS priority mail packages Mondays through Wednesdays only. Occasionally we will ship on a Saturday.
We ship Fedex packages on Monday-Wednesday only.
We ship at the beginning of the week to ensure delivery that week without a weekend hold at the post office/fedex.

-We try to leave the furthest destinations (west coast) for Mondays and Tuesdays only.
It is common for FL and surrounding states to be shipped on a Wednesday.

-If you need a Monday shipping day, please let us know when you are placing your order.

-We provide tracking numbers for all orders by e-mail. Tracking numbers may come from Pitney Bowes, USPS, or Fedex. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder. Please contact us if you still did not receive this e-mail.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL
Normally USPS Priority Mail is a safe way for live plants to be shipped because it usually takes 1-3 days for packages to arrive. This is NOT a guaranteed 1-3 day service, but it is unusual for it to take much longer than that. We do not provide refunds on postage that takes longer than 3 days to arrive.
Delays are very common starting mid November and through out December due to the holiday rush. Please try to choose a different option at this time.

*****We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or stolen when your tracking number determines that the package was delivered. This is beyond our control, please contact the carrier directly.

Please choose a different shipping method if you have experienced issues with the post office service.

FEDEX
Fedex is a very reliable shipping method and they handle the packages with more care.
Fedex guarantees their delivery in 1-7 days depending on your location.
Fedex delivers to most Florida cities in just 1 day!
Many locations on the east coast and mid-west take 2-3 days.
If you live in a west coast state, it will take 4-7 days to arrive. It can be risky for plants if in transit for over 4 days.
We highly recommend Fedex as the best shipping method.

-USPS express mail which is guaranteed to arrive in 1-2 days depending on location. Keep in mind that we have specific shipping days.
-Fedex 3-day guaranteed, Fedex 2-day guaranteed, and Fedex overnight.

***USPS priority mail tends to delay packages near holidays and the whole month of December. Please choose other methods at this time.
