Laelia lobata ‘Alba’ (2″ pot)
Originally from Brazil, Laelia lobata ‘Alba’ displays one of the most elegant pristine white flowers that produce a fragrance similar to lavender. Pure white long and smooth sepals curl beautifully at the tips, accompanying frilly delicate petals that have a soft purple hue in the center. The beautiful bell shaped labellum has a hue of green deep in the center. It sits elegantly in any home or garden.

Description
This orchid can be potted in a mix of orchid bark, perlite and charcoal or mounted. Let the top half of the medium dry out in between watering. Water more in warmer months where there is active growth, fertilize during this time as well. Water less in cooler months cooler. Place in very bright indirect sunlight or partial sun, preferably morning sun rather than the scorching afternoon sun. The orchid needs plenty of light in order to bloom in the Spring. Provide air circulation and some humidity.
