Hoya obovata (inner-variegated) (4″ pot)

Description

This Hoya obovata clone has succulent, round, gorgeous variegated leaves. Sometimes the leaves also develop some silver flecks. The variegation pattern is stunning, but please understand that sometimes the leaves start to turn green. The leaves can revert back to variegated.
Hoya obovata produces lovely flowers as well. The corolla is beige with touches of pink and the corona is a flashy pinkish red. Flowers only on established plants.
A fairly fuss-free hoya, however it is slower than regular H. obovata. May be fine for beginner, as long as you are patient.

We grow our Hoyas outside in south FL and the information provided is based on growing in our climate and environment only. We keep them in shady or filtered light areas and they are well protected during cold nights. We water them when they are drying out.
