Description
This Hoya was published in 1993 and has been around for a while now but is very rarely offered for sale. This species has glabrous, small, delicate leaves. It is a wiry vine with thin leaves, therefore you should water a little more than the average succulent hoya.
The flowers are pretty pink with dark pink corona and they are absolutely gorgeous. The individual flowers are medium size; larger than carnosa but smaller than imperialis. Once mature, you can see flowers several times during the warmer months. This Hoya is native to the Solomon Islands and is very rarely offered for sale.
We grow our hoyas outside in south FL in filtered light and we protect them well in the winter because they are tropical.
