Bauhinia grandidieri – Blue Hong Kong Orchid Tree (4″ pot)
This is a rare form of the Hong-Kong Orchid tree with tiny leaves and light blue flowers. This tropical plant can be trained as a Bonsai tree. Nice plant for collectors.

MIN. TEMP. : high 20’s
FLOWER : warmer months
This is a rare form of the Hong-Kong Orchid with tiny leaves and light blue flowers. Medium size shrub for full to partial sun. Average moisture during the warm weather and a little drier during the winter when the plant may become semi-deciduous. Minimum temperatures in the high 20’s, but it is better to avoid freezing temperatures. The bluish flowers appear most of the time during the warmer months. This is a great bonsai subject.
