Hoya globulifera OG (3″ pot)

This Hoya produces really striking flowers once it is mature. The corolla is a dark gray-ish purple/maroon and the corona is a deep blood red. The flowers are pubescent all over and the thick snow white hairs on the back of the corolla petals really stand out. These blooms are just stunning! This unusual and rarely offered Hoya is native to Papua New Guinea. 

We grow our Hoyas outside in south FL in filtered light, we water when the soil starts to dry and it is well protected from cold temperatures in the winter time.
