This Ledebouria maculata is a bulb forming perennial herb with variously spotted, textured, colored leaves. It produces tiny white cluster flowers on long stalks. A very unique and rarely offered foliage plant.
Ships in a 2.5″ pot. Does not come with flowers, but is mature to bloom.
Description
Ledebouria maculata previously known as Drimiopsis maculata is a wonderful, attractive, small but hardy plant. They are tolerant of neglect and easy to grow making them sought after for gardens and potted plants. Many love them as an attractive groundcover and for their beautifully spotted leaves. It is a shade loving plant perfect for under trees where the shade is too deep for much to grow. It can tolerate heat and droughts and can also be an easy to grow houseplant. They are a robust bulbous plant; the bulbs at the base of the plant must remain above the soil.
