We purchased this Hoya from Chris Burton and she claimed that it was the real Hoya kentiana. She published it in 1991. She named it after her long time mentor Douglas Kent.
Long pointed green leaves and cranberry red flowers with delicious butterscotch fragrance.

Description
Pointed, narrow leaves with brown edges. Flowers are fuzzy, ball-shaped, and have a delicious sweet fragrance. Cutie cranberry with darker pink corona flowers. Fragrance is sweet like butter scotch. The flowers have a lot of nectar.
