Description

This species has very attractive leaves, perfect for the foliage lovers out there! This clone develops pretty pink flecks on the leaves when exposed to more light. Make sure that you are not growing this one in a dark place or it will not have many pink splashes. It can also have silver flecks.

The flowers are pretty and have a very pleasant fragrance. The corolla is a beige color with brown tips and the corona is white with pink/purple center. The species is a great bloomer for me once it is established. This species has been easy to grow for us and we love having it in our collection. It is native to The Philippines. We grow our Hoyas outside in south Florida in BRIGHT filtered light, we only water when dry and we protect well from cold temperatures.

All photos were taken of mature mother plants in bloom. We sell young plants without flowers only.
