Hoya treubiana (4″ pot)

This tropical succulent “wax flower” has long thick leaves and produces fragrant pink and yellow flowers when mature. This is an easy to grow plant for beginners.

Ships in 4″ pot. Photo #2 ONLY, is an example on size plant for sale.

Once upon a time this one was sold as Hoya meliflua ssp. fraterna. This species develops one of the longest leaves in the Hoya family; approximately 12″ x 5″! It has thick, narrow, succulent dark green leaves. It has much larger leaves than my H. meliflua. It grows really fast and makes a nice hanging basket plant for your patio. I have seen flowers sporadically year round on mature plants. The flowers are attractive and pleasantly fragrant. I would recommend this hoya to beginners.
We grow our Hoyas outside in south FL in filtered light, only water when dry, and we protect well from cold temperatures.

All photos were taken of our mature mother plants in bloom, not of the plants for sale.
