This clone has a longer and more narrow leaf with dimples. The flowers are darker than other clones. Simply spectacular and fragrant too. Rarely offered.

Description
The leaves on this one are dark and are more narrow and long. It reminds me of a Hoya archboldiana leaf, but it has the typical megalaster dimples. This clone took a bit longer to bloom than the others, but it sure was worth it. The flowers are larger and darker in comparison to H. megalaster IML 1098. The flowers also smell really beautiful and the scent is more powerful at night. The big waxy cranberry color flowers have that “wow factor”.
Hoya megalaster are non-stop bloomers for me in my climate. Hoya megalaster are one of my favorites for the flowers!
We grow our hoyas outside in S. FL in filtered light and protect from cold temperatures. We give this hoya a little bit more water than your average succulent hoya. This plant is rarely offered for sale.
