Description
Hoya ‘Mathilde’ is a cross between Hoya carnosa and Hoya serpens. It has small, round, green leaves with many flecks. It is a very cute foliage plant. It is an early bloomer and blooms often once mature, sometimes covered in clusters at the same time. The flowers resemble H. carnosa flowers, but it is a smaller cluster. The fuzzy flowers are white with a red center. The flowers are super fragrant like its parent Hoya serpens! I would recommend this Hoya for a beginner.
We grow our Hoyas outside in filtered light, keep soils on the dry side, and protect from cold temperatures.
All pictures were taken of our mature mother plants in bloom that are grown outside in south FL. We offer young starter plants only.
