Description

This species has medium size, medium green, thin leaves. Once mature, it produces lovely cup shaped flowers with a mild perfume fragrance in the evening. The corolla is pure white and fuzzy and the small corona is beige/pale yellow with pinkish center. The individual flowers are medium size, similar in size to H. paziae/H. Iris Marie. This is normally a trouble-free Hoya that grows fast and full. It is native to the Caroline Islands which is northeast of New Guinea. This is a rarely offered species.

We grow our Hoyas outside in S. FL in filtered light and they are well protected in the winter time. You should water hoyas with thin leaves more often than the succulent ones.
