This Hoya has beautiful tear drop or heart shaped leaves with silver splashes, although some leaves look more like lacunosa. It grows quickly and easily during the warm months. It produces super fragrant small white flowers once mature. Easy to grow and bloom species. A “must have”.
There is still some debate over krohniana vs. lacunosa. It seems like the new trend is to keep it as krohniana for now, if that is how it was sold to you. This is not the super splash or silver, but does have flecks.
Our plants are grown outside in FL; imperfections/blemishes are possible.

Description
This is a beautiful species perfect for a hanging basket patio plant. It has cordate or heart shaped leaves with many flecks. This Hoya grows really fast and full for me. It produces H. lacunosa-like, white flowers with fuzzy corollas and super strong and pleasant fragrance. Hoya krohniana used to be sold as Hoya lacunosa ‘Heart Leaf’ and probably is truly a lacunosa!
This is suggested as a “must have Hoya”.
We grow our Hoyas outside in south FL in filtered light, they only get watered when it rains or when the soil drys out and they are well protected from cold temperatures. Hoyas also like to grow and bloom better in small pots/baskets.
