Description

This is a cross between Hoya mindorensis and Hoya davidcummingii done by Mike Bernardo. This hoya was named after the owner of myhoyas.com which is a great informative website.

These are some of my favorite hoyas so I had to get this hybrid!
This has been a vigorous and easy to grow plant that has handsome rich green lanceolate leaves. The leaves can turn pleasant shades of red in high light.

It bloomed for me in less than two years from a cutting. It has fuzzy pink corollas and dark pink with yellow center corona. The clusters are large and the flowers have a very pleasant fragrance. I believe I like the scent of these flowers the most out of the MB hybrids that I have.

Fairly new on the market and highly appealing!

We grow our hoyas outside in south FL in filtered light, we only water when the soil drys out, and we protect well from cold temperatures.
