This “wild child” grows more like a shrub and is suitable for growing around a trellis support. Leaves are similar to H. cumingiana and H. densifolia.
The flowers are more off-white with pinkish red center. Flowers are long lasting and with a strong spicy scent. This is an easy to grow plant for beginners, as long as you are comfortable with training the long vines.

Ships in 4″ pot. You will receive one starter plant similar in size to the plant you see in the first photo only.

Commonly misspelled as Hoya golamcoiana.

This species is a fast and easy grower for me. I recommend to grow this Hoya in a container, wrapped on a little trellis versus in a hanging basket. It tends to grow long sprawling branches and may take up more room if just hanging loosely in a basket. This species produces super pretty, white to light yellow with pinkish center, shooting star flowers. The flowers last a long time and have a spicy fragrance. This Hoya is similar to Hoya cumingiana, but has bigger leaves and lighter color flowers. I would recommend this Hoya to a beginner. This species is native to the Philippines. We grow our Hoyas outside in filtered light, keep soils slightly dry, and protect from cold temperatures (50 degrees F and colder).
