A hoya that produces pink H. carnosa-like flowers but with a more pleasant fragrance. The leaves remind me of H. fungii but are more oval shape. This clone has lighter green leaves and some flecks. Great hoya for a beginner.

Description
Hoya dasyantha is an easy to grow species that looks like a mixture of H. carnosa and H. fungii.
The leaves are more oval shape when compared to H. fungii, but still has the pretty venation. The leaves are also darker and have can have some random silver flecks. It becomes a big vine and you will need some room for it.
The flowers are light pink like Hoya carnosa. The flowers have a very nice pleasant fragrance. Once mature to bloom, it blooms frequently in my experience.
Recommended for beginners.
We grow our hoyas outside in south FL in filtered light, we only water when they start to dry out, and we protect well from cold temperatures. The information I am providing is based on my experience and growing conditions only.
