This Hoya has interesting, variegated, twisted leaves that resemble a rope. It produces small pale pink flowers when mature. This is an easy to grow plant for beginners, but as long as you are patient because it is on the slow side.

Description

All pictures were taken of our mature mother plants only, not the exact plants for sale. I do not guarantee your plant to arrive with pink leaves. The variegation varies on every plant.

-This is the variegated form of Hoya compacta ‘Indian Rope’
-This Hoya forms a small tight ball of pale, pink flowers on mature plants
-The flowers have a light fragrant at night, in our opinion smells like chocolate
-I would not expect too many flowers on this one, purchase for the interesting leaves
-The leaves are twisted and growing long resembling a rope
-Keep it above 40F, but it can tolerate frost for short periods of time once mature
-Let dry before watering, but don’t let it get bone dry
-We grow it outdoors in filtered light, supposed to also be a good indoor plant
-Easy to grow if you are patient for flowers and long vines
-Makes a nice hanging basket
