Cattleya warscewiczii (email for availability)

This beautiful Cattleya blooms early Summer, displaying a gorgeous soft purple flower with maroon, yellow and white accents. The petals and labellum have a touch of frill and the flower is very large compared to other Cattleyas. This orchid is quite the rewarding orchid to grow.

Description

Place in a position with very bright indirect light, humidity and adequate air circulation. Allow the medium to dry in between watering. If potting, pot in a very well-draining, chunky, airy mix like orchid bark, perlite and charcoal. Protect from freezing temperatures.
