An important message from Gardino Nursery
***Expect Shipping Delays***
On April 17, 2020, USPS announced that the current pandemic is affecting transportation availability, therefore we will be experiencing delays. There is a possibility your package might arrive later than anticipated. Please only proceed with an order if you understand the risks.
We are currently using Fedex for 75% of packages, as they have been slightly faster and more reliable. Please understand that there may be some delays with Fedex as well.
Express options are available, please inquire, especially for larger orders.
Due to a high volume of orders, it is currently taking us up to 2 weeks to ship out orders, although most orders will ship sooner than this if possible.
All orders over $150 will be shipped with signature confirmation. Please be sure an adult will be home to sign for the package. We do offer alternative options if needed.
We are working hard on propagation and are still offering a large variety on a weekly basis. That being said, the Hoyas get sold as soon as we list them. We are currently only able to restock 1-2 times per week. This may result in the website being “out of stock” most of the time. The demand is higher than ever and we are doing the best that we can. Please be on the lookout for our weekly ghost restocks. 100 or more Hoyas every week!
***Visiting the Nursery***
Our employees are the core of our small business at Gardino Nursery and their safety is our top priority. We all must do what we can to limit the potential spread of Covid-19, therefore we have decided that our nursery remain closed to visitors until further notice.
We are currently offering curb-side pick-up only.
All orders must be placed and paid for ahead of time to minimize social contact. An appointment must be made so that we can have someone prepare your order and bring it out to your car once you arrive.
Shipping will remain available nationwide!
